The Amherst Apartments

The Amherst is the heart of Live on South Federal and is home to the leasing office and our professional team of leasing specialists. When you set up a tour of the six properties, this is where you will be asked to meet. The Amherst's main feature is the central courtyard where residents can enjoy the outdoors and connect with neighbors. Other added perks include upgraded astroturf on the flooring outside the apartments and tons of parking space.
