Live on South Federal is made up of six distinct properties. In fact, our team lovingly refers to the community as "Federal Six" or "Fed Six" for short. The Amherst Apartments, Autumn Ridge Apartments, The Hill Apartments, Federal Terrace Apartments, Elm Creek Apartments, and The Pinecrest Apartments are all united under the Live on South Federal name. Click on the six individual properties below to get a better of idea of the unique features they offer. Of course, comfort, style, and spaciousness come standard in every 1 and 2 bedroom floor plan across all six properties. The Amherst Apartments
Located on 2775 S Federal Boulevard, The Amherst Apartments is home to the Live on South Federal leasing office. It features an open-air courtyard with a playground, picnic areas, and durable astroturf landscaping.

Autumn Ridge Apartments
Autumn Ridge is best known for its open-air courtyard and two stately pine trees at the center. The three-story building features a long veranda on each floor, multiple laundry rooms, and a convenient parking lot.
The Hill Apartments
Pushed back from the buzz of Federal Boulevard, and lined by two large trees on the west side of the building, The Hill Apartments is most definitely a cozy option.
Federal Terrace Apartments
This is Live on South Federal's southernmost property, located between Cornell Avenue and Dartmouth Avenue. It's just a short walk from The Amherst and features a laundry room on the first floor of each building.
Elm Creek Apartments
Elm Creek Apartments consists of cozy 2 bedroom/1 bathroom layouts situated on the first floor and garden level. Best of all, the property sits beside the highly treasured Highline Canal, a walking, running, and biking trail that connects to the heart of Denver.
The Pinecrest Apartments
